Building & Industrial Support Engineer
Position Description:
We seek an experienced Building & Industrial Support Engineer to join the Infrastructure Planning Division with our Facilities Planning department. The division is responsible for all non-process and infrastructure facilities, including environmental and non-electrical utilities for all Business Lines new or existing facilities.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Conducts feasibility studies on major building and Industrial Support facilities and long-term business related strategies including investment and master plans
Prepares scoping papers to define capital projects on building and Industrial Support facilities
Interfaces with Operating Organizations, New Business Development, Engineering and Project Management
Performs technical and economic evaluations of existing and potential new facilities or equipment
Prepares and makes presentations to Corporate Management
Provides full-time consultation to Saudi Aramco management and other organizations
Mentor the training of future Facilities Planning Specialists
Minimum Requirement:
Bachelors Degree (Advanced Degree preferred in Architectural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering). A minimum of 10 years experience related to building and Industrial support equipment such as heavy equipments, Lab/Research equipment, Medical, Aviation, etc;.
Experience should cover:
Experience in performing economics evaluations & feasibility studies, and in preparing for budgetary approvals
Possess excellent written and oral communications and technical presentation skills
