Benefits
Giving you the reward you deserve, as a Saudi Aramco employee you'll receive an excellent salary in Pound Sterling as well as an exceptional benefits package.
Salary
Current take home salary for Staff Nurses ranges from £35,900 - £42,300, whilst Supervisors can earn from £44,000 - £51,000. As these salary payments are net of all deductions, the potential to save a substantial amount of money is huge. You'll also receive salary increases on an annual basis.
Repatriation Leave
As a single person working for Saudi Aramco, you'll be eligible for a repatriation allowance, which covers round-trip airfare for you to return home. An additional 10% payment on top of this allowance is also provided to cover miscellaneous travel expenses.
As your repatriation allowance is based on premium fare class, it's usually possible to purchase two or more discounted airline tickets with it. This means you could spread your holiday over the year and make a couple of trips home or, on the other hand, take your pick from hundreds of exciting holiday destinations!
Personal Effects Shipment
When you join us, we pay for and arrange the shipment of all your personal belongings to Saudi Arabia. We also cover the cost of returning them if and when you decide to stop working with us. Shipment allowance is 475kg per employee. We also pay for an excess baggage voucher for your flight over, so you can bring essential personal items with you on the plane to Saudi Arabia.
Medical Coverage
In all Saudi Aramco communities, basic health care is provided through clinics. An ambulance service and emergency room care is also available, and each community has a pharmacy where most prescriptions from clinic physicians can be filled free of charge.
While the community clinics are designed to take care of ordinary medical needs, more significant health problems are handled at the Dhahran Health Center, a 483-bed hospital with an eight-bed intensive care unit plus various outpatient services.
We also provide dental care in Saudi Arabia, but this comes at a charge similar to that found in most European countries.
